The Old City is the most fascinating, unique places I have ever visited. From the history, to the people, to the architecture, there is nowhere else like it in the world. The energy and spirituality of the place is amazing. I could spend weeks exploring and never would be bored...A must visit place for everyone!

The Old City of Jerusalem is exactly what you would expect. Ancient streets, Ancient history, Holy Land. Be careful to stay on the Christian side. We were told not to travel to the muslim side as we would be in danger.
Go with a guide and soak up the history, sights and sounds. Dress respectfully.

Had a great day and so glad we made the 5 hour drive to see it. So much to see and take in could have been there a week.

We only had a day and a half. I wish we had more. Get yourself a good guide and spend a few days, there is so much to see (Shalom Israel tours are great). For the Christian quarter, get there early and get in line for the site where Jesus was buried or the line is hours long! I really is an amazing city with so much culture and history!

To see where Jesus walked....to uncover history....to see the areas of conflicts...the Via Dolorosa....the walls....the souks....the old cobblestones.... To have the opportunity to walk inside of the tunnels and the walls themselves....the Temple Mount....the Western Wall...all together it makes a WONDERFUL trip of a lifetime.
