For an exciting site-seeing view of Jerusalem, I would recommend this double-decker bus tour. While the streets may be congested with traffic, one can still get a feel for the variety , diversity, history and topography of this most beautiful, ancient and varied city.

“Bad service”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

We did the tour with three adults, it was terrible to get a ticket, long rows to get in the bus, and they even had to sent people away as the bus was full.
The bus was unable to stop at places as people couldn't get on, because we were completely full and therefor people didn't want to get off as they were afraid to be unable to get on again. The bus driver even got in a huge fight at one stop as people were not agreeing with the policy.
It was already 15 min late at departure, and we arrived 1 hour to late at return.
The audio was or to late or to early about p.o.i. So most of the time it was useless.

If you want to do a tour trough Jerusalem, just take your car or do a walk.

“Average”
Reviewed April 26, 2013 via mobile

We took the day tour option and the driver did not want to stop to pick us up it was very scary because we did not know how to get back to the central station. The tour can ecome overwhelming with so many neighborhoods that look exactly the same

“The audio did not work and we are still waiting for a refund”
Reviewed December 26, 2012

This tour is terrible. You can only go round the route once (unlike other city tours)
Our audio did not work and when we complained we were told we would need to apply for a refund from their main office. We are still waiting. This is a total waste of money and I would advise you to just go on a bus instead!

“Ok, but not great”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

I took the panorama option of this bus (no hop on and off). It takes about 2 hours. While it is a nice way to get an overview of the city, be aware that this is not the same as the Grayline tours many cities have. There is only 1 bus. The time between stops at attractions is usually 2 hours, so it is hard to use as a hop-on, hop-off way to see multiple sites. Also, it may be late - as much as 15 or 20 minutes. It is reasonable, and I'm glad I did it, but be aware of its limitations.
