Stayed four nights as part of a group tour. It is a hotel used primarily for large tour groups so be prepared for a crowded lobby and restaurant and lots of buses. The room was large and well maintained and the location is within walking distance of old Jerusalem (about a 15 minute walk). They have buffets for breakfast and dinner - lots of food and good quality. We lost power one night and it was off for about an hour.

Stayed four nights at the hotel while in Israel. The rooms are nice with a seating area, frig, safe, and comfortable beds and linens. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to many sites in Jerusalem and the train station. The shop next to the hotel is an excellent place to buy souvenirs at a reasonable price. The food in the restaurant was good and the desserts were awesome. I was highly disappointed to see that they charged $3.50 for a bottle of water. Overall, it was a good experience.

Reasonable prices, including the buffet dinner, well located for the Old City and good sized rooms.
However housekeeping failed to service the room and it took three complaints and two hours before the situation was rectified.
My wife and I were treated as oddities as we weren't American and weren't in an organised group.

We stayed here for four nights during a trip through the Holy Land. The facilities were very nice, the staff friendly and accommodating. But housekeeping was inconsistent and poorly done. One night one towel, the next four, the next no wash clothes or soap. .

Stayed at this hotel with a business associate. Enjoyed the experience in all respects. Room was smallish but clean with a very large balcony. I understand that the rooms in the other are of differing sizes so this was probably an upgrade with the balcony on the 8th floor!

The food was fresh and the service very friendly. They recently introduced free wifi in the lobby and bar areas which is helpful.

The night of my arrival for some reason the bar/restaurant kitchen closed early. I was disappointed but a few minutes later the waitress sought me out in the lobby, because they found an employee to reopen the kitchen for me. A generous portion was brought promptly, along with apologies.
I was very impressed by this service.

They also offer free parking to guests. Hope to be back again!

Was with perry stone your group. Very nice hotel. Close to train station. Nice lobby area. Free wifi in Lobby. Shops seemed to offer good deals and more trustworthy than on street where silver is not real silver even with 529 stamp.

This was my favorite hotel during my 10-day stay in Israel. We stayed three nights here and I loved it! They really know the meaning of good customer service. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was awesome - also my favorite of all the hotels we stayed in during our visit to Israel. Our room was a little smaller than the other hotels we stayed in but the ambience made up for it. There is a great gift shop right outside the front entrance and also another great one on the main floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Americans visiting Israel.
