The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the service is 2nd to none!! Sami Taha’s shop has so many beautiful items! I especially like the Roman glass jewelry!! I can’t wait to return for a future visit!!!

As a tourist, the hotel was central to everything I wanted to see. the staff could not do enough for us! Meals were sumptuous and interesting, I could not wait for the next Breakfast each day! The dinner meals were an unbelievable array of culinary expertise !

My husband and I have had an excellent four-night stay at the Inbal Jerusalem. The hotel is an easy walk away from the Old City, and is a very comfortable, modern venue. Staff were always helpful and kind, in particular the concierge Ariel (great restaurant recommendations!). Our room was well-appointed, clean, and quiet. The meals we enjoyed were delicious. Highly recommended.

Just returned from my first trip in Israel with a group of 19 guests total. Our group stayed at the Inbal for 3 nights. Chief Concierge Ariel as well as the rest of the staff were VERY accommodating. I asked for an iron and it was delivered without hesitation. The staff was attentive to all our guests needs. The breakfast and dinners were very good and always offered a variety of salads as well as hot plates that changed nightly. The accommodations were roomy with lots of closet space, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was small, however, the large glass door made for a great view of Jerusalem! The bathroom had a small makeup mirror attached to the wall as well as a large wall mirror. A portable blow dryer was provided as well. In the lobby there were a few jewelry stores. One in particular had GREAT prices, which I find unusual for most hotels! The owners, Ettie & Mickey were very patient and helpful (ettie.mickey@gmail.com). As a travel consultant I would not hesitate to book The Inbal for my clients with complete confidence they will provide excellent service for my clients!
