Nice rooms, great food and service!

We had the family suite - two rooms with a vestibule between them providing privacy from the corridor. That worked out great for us and our two children so we could have privacy when we wanted it.

We have stayed at other 5 star hotels in Jerusalem and the food at the Inbal was the best. Avi, the Food Service Director was very accommodating as was Ahmad, the mishgiach.

Great stay

We stayed at the Inbal while on a tour. We were lucky enough to be there four nights. The location is in a lovely neighborhood where walking around is easy and convenient to restaurants. The public areas were spacious and very well appointed. We found the staff friendly and helpful in every way. Breakfast offered so many options which were all delicious. Omelettes are made to order as are cappuccinos and fresh smoothies.
There is construction taking place on the 7th and 8th floors. But generally the noise was not disruptive. The staff probably made the stay as everyone especially Bracha was caring and helpful.
If in Jerusalem again the Inbal would be our first choice.

Impeccable service

The hotel ticked all boxes .Fabulous position and ambience.Avi Zarchi and his team serviced the dining area in an ultra efficient and friendly manner .The food was world standard .The taste of everything offered was quintessential Israeli .Amazing flavours from all foods offered.Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing in luxury at the Inbal

We wanted a few days rest and relaxation whilst in Jerusalem, and once again the Inbal and the staff were friendly and helpful. We decided to go for an executive room without breakfast but with access to the Executive Lounge where we could enjoy nicely prepared food and drink throughout the day including breakfast and evening snacks if required.
The swimming pool and gym are very well maintained with luxurious towels. Our room was lovely and the service provided was first class.
The Inbal is ideally located for us, as we like the area to walk round, with interesting residential streets and local parks

Room tip: Choose an Executive room only or go for a standard room if you want a BIG Israeli breakfast

An Incredible Pesach at Inbal!

My family just spent an amazing Pesach holiday at the Inbal. The food was (as always) delicious and plentiful. Every meal, from breakfast to the Seder to the Shabbat and holiday meals, was fresh and perfectly prepared. The service was top notch. The kids loved the pool and the table tennis (ping pong) both inside the hotel and on the pool deck.
A special shout out to the Concierge team, Ariel and Kfir, who were incredibly helpful in making this the best Pesach ever! We can’t wait to return!
Five stars all around!!
