This is our third stay at the Inbal and it has only gotten better. Great service & always with a smile. Sami Taha at Biblical Artifacts has been amazing. I love shopping at his shop because he welcomes us with great service and is always eager to treat you like family. Stop in even if you don’t buy you will love talking with him.

This hotel was very nice and the service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyday my bed was made up and fresh towels were brought to the door daily. The food was very good (especially the assortment of desserts). I used the fitness center once during my stay and was satisfied with the equipment and services offered (olympic bar, smith machine, cardio equipment, fresh towels etc). It's also in a good location and safe to walk around at night.

I just returned from an extended vacation to Israel and had the pleasure of staying at the Inbal Hotel during 4 days of our tour. Everything about this hotel was fantastic - the rooms, the location, the staff and the food! I would highly recommend it.

My husband and two of our friends stayed here for 4 nights. Our rooms were beautiful, the hotel’s location was excellent, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were wonderful. Two of the staff that stood out were Rahel and Almog. They were delightful and took care of all our front desk needs. We also had access to the Executive Lounge which was fabulous; definitely worth the upgrade as you can have soft drinks or wine and appetizers there. They put out a great assortment of food and drinks to the point you can skip dinner and just enjoy the food.
I recommend this hotel highly.

We went on a trip to Israel with a large group and this was the final hotel we stayed in when we got to Jerusalem. What a jewel of a place! The food was excellent, the hospitality was outstanding, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top notch. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate and are very friendly. My room had a view of Old Jerusalem, so morning coffee, sunrise, and devotion were beyond words.

We stayed at the Inbal as a part of a group tour and had a wonderful time. The hotel was under construction at the time but it didn't impact us at all. The room was well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of delicious options. The location is perfect in a quiet neighbourhood and a relatively short walk to key sites.
