Favorite Hotel in Jerusalem

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Sep 30, 2016
The Inbal has always been my favorite hotel in Jerusalem and this last trip was no exception. The level of service far exceeded my expectations and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfasts are enormous, filled with exciting delicacies, and the dairy restaurant is exceptional for lunch, dinner, or a snack.

Inbal is a very friendly hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with the low end about $300/night B&B. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Inbal is close to the Old City (view from the hotel!); the shopping centre (20 mins walk); the lively german colony area (10 mins walk) and the new facilities at the old train station (10 mins)., so the location is excellent. Breakfast is typical Israeli and lavish.

An excellent hotel which has guests ranging from observant Jews to Christian tour groups.

Room tip: best views are from odd numbers (outside) floors 4,5, or from high floors (executive)

Excellent service, and people skills. Very accommodating. Close proximity to shopping. Came with a large church group (4-5 hundred people) and they totally handled the rush. Only slight suggestion is to have housekeeping clean under the beds, found a purse and shoes. Also, ensure that facecloths are in the bathroom. This must be a cultural thing stayed at 3 hotels and had to request facecloths at each one. By the way LOVED your elevators and the meals. Daniel at the desk was very patient and accommodating.

Room tip: Request rooms on the outer perimeter to see the city, otherwise your view will be that of their beautiful food court.

The staff is not only friendly, but there all over it. 1st class service, not later now. We stayed three days, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. With in walking distance to several shops.

Room tip: ask for the the view you would like when reserving your room.

Our second visit to this property and hard to imagine staying anywhere else when in Jerusalem. Walking distance to Old City and many great restaurants including the recently renovated old train station. The rooms are very comfortable and elevators are quick! Service is always great and breakfast is delicious. Can't wait to return.
