Though I wouldn't rate the hotel as a 4 star, it was still good value and I wold stay there again.
Our room was very small, but the facilities in it were fine. The breakfast was the best feature- fresh salad and fruit and also some cooked breakfast foods, range of cold meats and cheeses and hot and cold drinks- great and healthy! Location is also quite good, just a 15 to 20 minute stroll to The Old City with good coffee shops etc. on the way.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center. This makes it simple and easy to visit all the important sights. Most places are in walking distance and it is very close to the light rail which makes it easy to travel anywhere in Israel. However, in addition to being in such a superb location, the STAFF made our stay so pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Their patience, effeciency, and thoughtful made our stay memorable. Motty, the Head Manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Indeed, he is an asset to the hotel. In addition, the hotel is clean and neat and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting in the Jerusalem area.

It was an incredible experience!

Perfect location in the city center. A step away from the light rail which makes it easy to travel anywhere although most of the 'must sees' are within walking distance, Breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly. My room was clean with a design that matches the overall feeling you get when you arrive to the holy city.
