Spent a week at the Prima Kings, which is in an ideal location - close to Old City, Mammila and Ben Yahuda Street, and more. Room was relatively small by American standards and with only one elevator to my floor, that can be a problem. WIFI worked throughout. Breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional -- wide variety of food, different daily. Exceptional staff in the restaurant, particularly Akram, chef Vladimir, and Rahabi. Will return!

It's in the right spot, and the price is right. Everything is extra small - bedrooms, bathrooms, even the elevators, but fine if you're just looking for a base from which to explore. The desk staff is actually surly, but the dining room staff is lovely. Breakfast buffet is fine, dinners were quite good. There is an outrageous charge for wifi.

Standing room only in a centrally located, near budget quality establishment ensures lots of business. Buffets are plentiful but lack passion or variety, service/presentation indifferent, desk staff reluctant. Use seems to outstrip skill of management.

Room Tip: Windows on the street transfer lots of noise/temp --- ask to be off the street; 2nd floor in need of upgrades.

My wife and I just stayed a week at the Prima Kings Hotel. We got a very reasonable price, the breakfasts were great and it was walking distance from old (the wailing wall and the old city) and new (Mammila Mall and Yaffo street and Machne Yehuda).
The hotel itself is not state of the art, it was older but very nice, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
If you want state of the art try the David Citadel at probably 4-5 times the price of the Prima Kings

Every year Chai Lifeline, the international cancer organization giving support to families with cancer, sends a group of cancer children accompanied by a parent to Israel for a trip of a life time. This program is called “Wish at the Wall” and Chaiyanu\Chai Lifeline Israel arranges all the logistics for the trip from our Jerusalem office. When we looked into the Prima Kings in Jerusalem, we were so impressed with everything that we decided there and then this is our home away from home.
The beauty, the aura, the personalities of the staff, the care and concern and the constant love that embraced everything that was done for us is something that is absolutely beyond description!
Your STAFF made each person feel like a million dollars and gave our caretakers the ability to give each family exactly what they needed!
I must single out one unique and special person on your staff “Shwekey”. He was absolutely magical, doing everything humanly possible for each and every single person, making sure that the absolute maximum was being carried out for the group at every moment of our stay.
I commend you on an incredible hotel with a fantastic staff, may you be blessed for all of your efforts you made in hosting our families.

With great appreciation and admiration

Thank you.
