“Four days here”
Reviewed June 8, 2014

Prima Park was the nicest of the three we stayed in during our tour. It was clean and neat and the maid service was excellent. There are no drain closures on the sinks, so I had to lay a washcloth over the drain when removing contacts. The lighting in the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Our entire group complained about the lack of light or no light in the bathroom. This hotel is "green" and lesser light is probably one of the things they do, but it would be nice to see yourself in the mirror. Otherwise, it was very good, the staff courteous, and the food was good.

Very enjoyable stay at the beginning of our 13 day tour and three nights at the end.

Comfortable and excellent food selection.

All service staff were helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable.

I recommend this hotel to others .

We were put up at Prima Park hotel on the last day of our tour package. We wouldn't have chosen it if we had a choice, but we had no say on the matter.

The room itself was nice, pleasant and clean. Nothing much to say about this. The breakfast was rather decent and we enjoyed the large open space.

The location was horrible for tourists like us, as though there was a tram stop nearby, the place itself is out of the main city area and there are hardly any eating places nearby.

During the course of our stay, there was an enormous group of Israeli students checked in too. I would guess they were about high school age. They made lots of noise in their rooms at night and along the common corridors. They sat down on the sofa and the floor of the common corridor laughing, singing and chatting. We had to make calls to the duty manager, who acceded to our requests to get the students to keep quiet. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but such an experience is worth mentioning here.

I think this hotel is more suited for people on business or tourists who insist on staying in a hotel with a big building. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but there are better places for your money. For me, I would be happy to stay in a guesthouse or hostel nearer to the old city the next time.

The title sums it up. Breakfast and dinner spread (buffet) was excellent. We did not lunch there so no comment on that. Room was comfortable and quiet. It's not in a downtown pedestrian area so it's a bit isolated for walkers -- no shops or restaurants close by. Parking was dodgy since it appeared the underground garage was under renovation. If so then that's just temporary. But you might ask if you plan to have a car. We would definitely stay there again, so that says a lot.

Room Tip: As with any hotel, try to get a room far from the lift if possible. We turn in early, so less noise...

The hotel is pretty good for my taste, it has almost everything you need. But the workers has terrible attitude to the people staying in the hotel. They don't seem to like the fact you are staying there for some reason.
