In this hotel you have a really warm welcome.
We arrived very late and still we got a meal even though the kitchen was already closed.
The manager didn't send us to bed with an empty stomach.
The rooms ware very good and the breakfast was extensive.
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The train stops nearby the hotel and brings you in 15 minutes in the old town.

Room Tip: choose a room on the 3th floor with a nice view

I truly don't understand why a per se trusted Israeli hotel chain so badly renovates its rooms. At first sight, they look all new, but is a second look reveals how badly it is finished and that cleaness doesn't seem to be their first priority.

Bad service at reception; they simply don't care about their customers. Breakfast ok, but doesn't look appealing neither.

Only really good thing is the location, two minutes from the tram.

Overall, for roughly 150€ a night, we got a really mediocre product.

Located way from the old city. The tram around the corner will get you to old city in 20-15 min. There is Nothing in vicinity exept for supermarket. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful but bland. For eats try Georgian restaurant Kangaroo in Old Town. Dinner will cost about 130 US for two but it is worth it.

We were a group of 43 travellers staying two nights in this hotel. Our room was one of the renovated ones, so we were lucky. Everything was ok with the room: it was clean and fair sized. Also air condition was working properly. But for some of our group the rooms were not in good condition: TV was not working, one was missing a safety box, shower room was not clean. We had evening meetings, the meeting room was available for us without extra cost. Breakfast and dinner were ok, too. But we disliked cats walking in the restaurant. Without cats and with better common room status I would have given more stars, but now only three.

Room Tip: A renovated room!

The Prima Park Hotel has just been renovated. The rooms have now a luxurious look. The breakfast is also great. However the biggest attraction of this hotel is that is on an ideal location to explore the city. The new light rail is next to the hotel. With this train you are in a couple minutes in the Old City. The road next to the hotel also leads you straight to Yad Vashem. If you asked the staff something extra they did it, great!

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk had no manners. The beds had sheets with hole, the water in the shower would change temperature and pressure without warning, our room phone broke and they never gave a replacement, they did no vacuum our room and then charged me for it being unkempt, there was no toilet paper roll holder and my list goes on. They claim there is a pool and fitness area but they are actually both located at a university which is a ten minute walk away. Horrible horrible hotel.

Hotel Staff are "EXCELLENT"!! Good quality Customer care all round.. from the Reception, through the Restaurant attenders to the Cleaners (this is rare anywhere)!!! "Spoilt-for-choice" food options...beware of greed (I couldn`t help myself, lol). Rooms are exceptionally clean and fair sized. This Hotel is in West Jerusalem, and to get to Damascus Gate (where you start making your way to The Church Of The Holy Sepulcher), take the Train (8mins walk) to the Train Station, Kiryat Moshe. It costs 6.90 Shekels one way (about £1:10). Remember to dial 012 then your Country Code to dial out of Israel. The Dining area/Restaurant is a beauty to behold. I MUST STRESS HERE THAT "ALL" THE FOOD HERE TASTE GOOD!! Excellent Chefs, Restaurant attendants, Reception and Management. Visited on my own on 7/03/2014 - 09/03/2014, my Room was 301 (spotless and refreshing), but will surely come back with my family. Buffet Dinner is available for 120 Shekels, and a Glass of Wine is 25 Shekels. An EXCELLENT hotel all round, but I missed English speaking News Stations....and that`s my fault. AWESOME, BEAUTY, FAMILY FRIENDLY, EAGERNESS TO ASSIST AND WARMTH ARE WHAT YOU GET HERE. All your trips "CAN" be organised here at the Front Desk! "NO SERIOS FAULTS!!!

Room Tip: No Swimming Pool!!
