The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff and manager. Very nice and friendly people. Not so with the maintenance guy who comes to fix anything...very rude and condescending. Elevators were always too small and cramped. Room fridge is totally useless. We had booked two separate twin beds on line, but got two very small single beds...and I mean small. Main floor dining area meals were good, but a whopping $280 shekels PER PERSON per plate on Shabbat...no joking. And we got a nasty surprise for being billed for breakfast, despite the front desk staff telling us the breakfast was complimentary upon check in. So MAKE SURE you ask the price, if there is any, BEFORE ordering anything to eat at any time. Upon complaint, the front desk staff took this off our bill, which was much appreciated. Location is awesome because it is right next to to the bus depot and walking distance to markets.
