I stay at the Dan Panorama Hotel, Jerusalem 2-3 time every year, for the past 6 years and I keep going back because of the wonderful staff and beautiful rooms. I am unable to truly express how at home I feel when I stay in this hotel. The staff and the management always take excellent care of me and my whole family. The servers in the dining room are always on top things...making sure each table has what they need. Aside from the clean rooms and beautiful facility, the people at the hotel, make it something really special. You are treated like family and they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and show you how much they appreciate your business. There is a lounge on the 9th floor, where guests are able to enjoy internet, a variety of food and beverages. It is a great place to relax and the attendants there will always be very friendly and warm. The manager Mr. Krause is great too, as he always makes sure to approach his guests and make sure everything is ok. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Dan Panorma Jerusalem is in a great location, within walking distance of the Old City.
The staff could be a little more up beat, but service was good. The room was very good, and the bathroom clean and well supplied. Hotel restaurant could have been better, but they were just beginning a renovation of the Dining Room.

This was my 10th stay at the Dan Panorama Jerusalem. Eight of these visits I have been traveling alone. I love this hotel because I truly feel that it is my home away from home. I feel like I am with family. I know that if there is anything I would need, I would be able to get help from the staff of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, somewhat outdated, but I believe are in the process of being updated now. The breakfast is very delicious, and Nasser, Amran and the rest of the restaurant and lobby staff are wonderful. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful, and Marcel in guest relations is always there to make sure everything is going well. I also use the 9th floor lounge, which is great, as there is computer access and wonderful food available there. On this trip Ibraham and Elana made sure I was well taken care of while visisting the lounge. One of the best qualities of the hotel is the close location to many of the places in Jerusalem that people want to visit.. If a taxi is needed, David, Shuki, Zion and the rest of the drivers associated with the hotel are friendly and fair. I hightly recommend this hotel.

We had a good experience here. Our room was a bit small and somewhat dated, but we weren't there much, so it worked. It's in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the food service was good as well. However, we were spoiled with the Dan in Tel Aviv. Too bad we were there first, as the food there was hard to match. Regardless, we would stay there again and would recommend the Dan properties.

This is a great hotel and in a fantastic location for exploring Jerusalem.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfy and traditionally presentable and the breakfast is good. Parking is provided to the rear of the Hotel for a small fee.

This Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Jaffa gates. When we return we would definitely consider revisiting this hotel.
