A good hotel for the entire family with great swimming pool. This hotel is very close from mamila area and the holy city. Rooms are old fashioned but with good comfort. Staff really professional and efficient. Even parking is easy. Only point is an ugly building just in front of the hotel but not something that will kill your journey.

The hotel review in my opinion is 10 star-the best! The ambiance of the hotel is very elegant and refined. The staff members are excellent professionals who are extremely accomdating, warm, and look to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Sufian at the front desk was extremely helpful with all our needs to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would like to thank all members who made this stay very special includiing the evening manager Raja. His patient demeanor assissted us tremendously. Moshe,Odeh, Aljoulani as well as the other staff members whom I don't recall their names also included in making our stay so pleasant.
There are no words to describe the top chef Kadosh. His humility and kindness and his delicious food made this an unforgettable stay. He made us feel like royalty! Besides for being a great chef, Levana is also a sweet and kind woman. I want to thank the fantastic waitors and waitresses for their very efficient service and for making everything look and taste very appealing, Othman was always very accomodating, thank you! The assisstant home manager Fawaz and Shlomo were very helpful as well. We can't wait for our next visit here!

We stayed for 2 nights in that worst hotel ever! our "journey" begin the check-in that took forever, to problems with our keys to the room ( 5 times!) that refused to open our door, to bad and apathetic service from the front office staff( one woman and 3 men). the worst part was that i've been told that i have a debt of 60 NIS for ordering a bottle of water and glass of wine in the pool area. Needles to say that i dont drink and didn't go to the pool on that day so be careful and check it while doing the check-out.

I can not say something good about the hotel, i wish i had.

The best part about the hotel is the friendly staff. Sufian at the front desk was always helpful and accommodating. Suzann greeted us every morning at breakfast and actually acted on whatever issues were discussed. The dining room staff is amazing: Othman who greeted us so warmly every morning and Shabbat and all the other staff (Maya, Murevan, Ahmed, Achmad, Mahmoud, and others who I don't remember their names) tried their best to please. The housekeeping manager (don't know his name) always inquired if there was anything else I needed with a huge friendly smile on his face! Had a great old city room with balcony - highly recommend. There are some infrastructure issues and things which could use updating (curtains malfunctioning in the room, dated music in the dining room (play some upbeat middle eastern music!) but overall everyone aimed to please. Food was good and consistent (stayed for 2 weeks). Hotel is very centrally and conveniently located, especially for walkers. Definitely hated leaving and would definitely return my next trip to Jerusalem. Thanks to everyone at the Plaza for a great vacation!

Room tip: Had a recently renovated room on the 18th floor with balcony and old city view - beautiful! Quiet, good a/c.

the last few trips to jerusalem I've stayed at the leonardo plaza. well located, great service, amazing food.
the guest relations person, Suzan was so helpful. she recognized me from past trips. she made a point to visit with me, and inquire about my family and all. behind the front desk they are all so accommodating. Sufien welcomes you back as if the hotel is your home away from home. the hotel also offered a fabulous walking tour saturday. we went to nachalot, interesting section and the markets.
the hotel also has a spa, great lobby and bar menu,.outdoor pool and beauty shop,
obviously when i return to jerusalem, i will stay at the leonardo plaza
