Other reviewers have said it all - the foyer is appropriate for the large numbers of guests that this hotel receives but once in our room, it was clear that standards were somewhat average in terms of furnishing and fittings. The plumbing worked and the a la carte options in the large restaurant were good.

This hotel was part of a tour but I also had to pay for an extra night before leaving Israel.
Rooms are big but old furniture are a disappointment for the cost of the hotel.
Food was terrible but during Passover there is no bread. However, not much to choose from either.
Dinner was great though.
Hotel is very close to the bus station and tram stop.
Staff were noce and the bar was well stocked.
Shops underneath, with food outlets.

Room Tip: Not sure. I would not stay here again for the money.

The hotel is nice, central ubication.
The staff: friendly.
The food, OK, but very standard.
The hotel is not always clean, and it seems that during the weekend the level is low.
And the housekeeping is a big problem:
Attached a pic of my bathroom...

After nearly a week of moving location everyday, it was a relief to stay put for three nights. This hotel is absolutely fine- room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I believe that some of my fellow travellers had dodgy showers, but mine was fine. I stayed over the shabbat period, so the whole hotel was a hive of activity, packed with kids in their best get- up, charging around the lobby.
Staff were helpful, breakfast was good. The only issue might be the distance from the old city. A taxi ride was between 60-70 shekels, which actually isn't bad if there are four of you in the cab. It's not a luxury hotel, but it was a comfortable place to stay and fitted the bill fine as a resting place for several days of insane and intense sightseeing!

We found everything we sought in this short escape (one night and following day) from the rigors of holiday preparation. Hot showers, food that was wholesome and plentiful, and restful sleep.

Staff is helpful, and the lobby attractive.

Some aspects of the physical plant of the hotel need some tending to but that should not prevent a visitor or tourist form making the J-G at the entrance of the City his base for touring and study in Jerusalem.

Hotels wifi and internet facilities were expensive especially considering the fact that free wifi could be found in the mall beneath the hotel. Rooms were average for the price paid. There was no safety deposit box in room. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the service I received by the friendly staff. The location was very convenient by the central bus station. The amenities of having prayers services and a Mikveh was wonderful. Keep on the great work!
