First of all, the reception staff is extremely friendly and was very helpful with finding a parking. He even walked with us personally to the parking spot ... but that was already everything good to say about this hotel. The room was so far from what is shown on their webpage, you would not think it's the same hotel. The bed was just a queen size and almost impossible to sleep with with two persons. You see dirt in every corner, I never seen such a dirty shower in a hotel EVER! When somebody is cooking on the same floor, it feels like as they are cooking in your bedroom. Disgusting! All that for 160$ per night. Never again!

The hotel is located in right off Jerusalem's city center, within a walking distance from the Old City, the main market, and Ben Yehuda Street. The room was equipped with all the needed amenities, very clean, and the staff was helpful and kind.

We came for a conservative wedding in Jerusalem and we needed 4 rooms. ALL OF OUR ROOMS were wonderful. Everyone raved about how clean and nice their rooms were maintained. We stayed on the King George side of the hotel and it was just as the photo showed. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The staff at the front desk were helpful and very knowledgable about our requests. The manager Oren was very helpful and when I mentioned the stairway being with construction materials he attempted to clean it up. They have not finished the renovation so be patient. The water was always hot for a shower and none of our group ever had a problem with noise from the street. Everything was perfect! We would stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for a renovated room with a shower if you don't need a bathtub. We had 3 rooms on the 6th f...

The City Center is centrally located and a bargain. We stayed at the King George Street branch. It was clean and had everything we needed. It even had a kitchenette so we stocked up the fridge and had a quick breakfast in the room. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed being in the center of town and we could walk to Old City that was only 20 mins. away. The only downside is that parking in the center of town can be challenging but there's lots of public transportation so you really don't need a car. We'd definitely go back!

Do yourself a big favour do not stay at this apartment. The house keeping is the worst I have seen. When we checked in the toilet was not even clean. This should have been my first hint. It just went down hill. Rusted towel rack in the bathroom. Mould the shower plus on the bathroom tiles. Worst of all terrible mould behind the cabinet. If we would have seen this before checking I would not taken that room. It is bad for ones health.
Parking is 4 blocks away not around the corner as I was told when booking the room. The room needs to have all mould removed before renting it out again
Number 5 around the corner from King George Street.
Do not book it. If you want to be healthy.
Good location staff tries hard to no avail

The hotel was basic from tje exterior so not sure what it would be like inside. Had a nice stay with all staff and facilities up to standard. Helpful and willing to make my visit a real pleasurable experience in every way possible. For me Jerusalem is about the city so this place did the job 100% as far as accomodation goes! Will be using it as my base each time as it is within easy walk of the old city.

A block off of Ben Yehuda, we couldn't have asked for a better location! Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a superior studio in king George wing and a one bedroom in hahistadrut wing. Everything we asked for, we received. Any help needed was offered and appreciated. We felt very much at home. Kitchen was clean and had all utensils and accommodations necessary for eating in (and saving money). Oren in the office was amazing! We will be back!
