As far as location is concerned, distance between hotel location and the Old city and this hotel is walking disten ance (15minutes walk between this hotel and Jaffa Gate in the Old city) and other transportations of bus and LRT street car are also very convenient to use them from this hotel which hotel staffs will support you on how to use them and how you can go the place you like to go. Location of this hotel by itself is surely in the center of the City of Jersalem and very convienient to buy some, drink and eat and according to my experience from September 26 to October 2, 2013 it was very quite without any noise even at night, because my room was located oppsite to the street and on 4th floor though.
Room was clean and all furnitures and other facilities also were new.
Front staffs all who I met were kind, friendly and knowledgable about local matters which we need. Anyway, I personally really enjoyed this hotel during my stay.

Very good!!

Room Tip: Rooms not on the street and high level floor (My roow on 4th floor and on the other side of the stre...

Stayed there for three nights with my wife. Not having a double bed is a big minus but we were told that before arrival. Staff was nice and helped us when needed. Location is good, very close to Jaffa Street and tram. 15 min walk from old town. Room is dated in need of renovation. Dirty appliances on the kitchen such as disgusting toaster and kettle. Broken tiles on the floor and a sofabed with huge mould stain caused a big disappointment as well... We felt as we paid too much for too little even though Jerusalem is not a cheap city...

Convenient location; clean ... a little minimalist. Street can be noisy. Unit was duplex; enter top floor ... bedroom downstairs (no hallway access from bedroom). No way to bring large luggage down narrow spiral stairs. Staff was very nice.

Room Tip: Good value

Jerusalem centre apartments is in the centre of Jerusalem with both buses and the light rail metres away and lots of cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. The old city is within walking distance as well. The rooms are comfortable not too small and have everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Despite being in the centre of town I heard absolutely no street noise. For the price you can't beat Jerusalem Centre apartments

We stayed at City Center Jerusalem Hotel for 4 nights. When we arrived we knew we made the right choice. The hotel is centrally located on busy street with various businesses. There is a square with cafes, pastry shops and a newly-opened Italian restaurant. Finer restaurants are within walking distance. Old Jerusalem can also be reached by walking. There is a well-maintained park nearby too. The downside is that it can be noisy on Thursday before the Sabbath and after when young people go out for a little fun. With the windows and curtains closed and the aircon running, you won't hear much of the noise.

There ia always staff around and they area all young and speak excellent English. They are friendly and helpful. Our unusual requests were to wait and receive lost baggage from the airline, advice on where to buy an adaptor for the Y socket (from the small appliance store, 7 NIS).

There is an elevator so this is a plus, considering that it is a low rise apartment building. Our room was clean and the kitchen was equipped with basic things. You can at least make coffee or tea in the morning.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends who are going there in March.

Room Tip: We were given a room in the side street, with a different entrance. Our room faced the square. We di...

My family of 5 stayed there for 2 weekends in the split level suite that they have and loved it!
The highlights:
Roomy, 2 balconies, fairly quiet, decent sized fridge, nice layout, comfortable beds (except for the one sofa that turns into a bed--and narrow), the staff, great location (right by Ben Yehuda Street), and good A/C (important in Israel in the summer!).
Low lights:
Not much--if you're Sabbath observant, make sure you ask for the warming tray and keep the A/C up as it's pretty powerful--too powerful in fact, clearly specify the warmer--don't try to use the elements in the kitchen--they will go off after a while!, the spiral staircase--if you have a family with young children--avoid the split-level suite (the employees there will tell you the same) --we'd like to see a gate at the top and bottom of it so that walking babies don't crash down them.
Overall, a great place to stay and good value for your money! Book on their website and save 5% (also book early if you want a suite as they sometimes go quickly depending on the time of year).

Excellent clean hotel in the centre of the city at an affordable price! My wife and I stayed in this hotel for several days. The staff were fantastic. Our hats go off to Nelly, Grisha, Nate and Benny who we met our last day. They were all fantastic, well trained lovely people who assisted us willingly and who provided consistent quality service. Definitely would stay again and suggest this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Room Tip: All of the rooms as we understand it are modern. Although we overlooked King George we didn't h...
