It is hard to add to the descriptions of other reviewers since they have captured the uniqueness of the food in this Kurdish/Jewish restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is very small and totally unadorned. One would never guess that it was the site of one of the best lunches one will ever have. The food is unusual, varied, and uniformly excellent. The service is also excellent. Ideally you go with a couple of other people to sample and savor multiple dishes.
Anyone who cares about food and is adventurous ought to enjoy this restaurant and experience. We wish we could go back but unfortunately discovered it on our last day in Jerusalem.
