First you have to know that it is open only after the open market is closed, so don't look for it for afternoon drink. Go there after 9pm I would say. Also, to get there, you have to go throw the closed market's allays, not a pleasant walk. Once there, you will find a bar /pub with wide selection of israeli boutique beer, snacks with sophisticated styles. The people there are mostly cosmopolitan youngs and mid ages, which is good if you don't like too many teenagers around. Modern music but not to loud so if you sit outside you can chet.
