Live in a wonderful home-type setting with all the service you won't get at home. We stayed a week and enjoyed their hospitality. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious.
The personal attention is low key and not obtrusive. A great place for lovers to visit Jerusalem and relax together. Nice garden to sit in and great views from the terrace.

Wonderful location. The old Arabic style stone house with the top modern facilities are an irresistible combination. The orchard is very nicely designed with the little waterfalls, filled with the sound of chirping birds and water. The view from the roof is breathtaking. And the food is delicious as well.

THis is a small boutique hotel located in the small place, Ein-Carem in Jerusalem, Israel . It has only seven rooms, each more beautiful and causi than the other. The stuff thought of everything that could make your staying there more enjoyable. Besides the rooms, the Chef's hotel will make your stay very tasety! THe outdoor is very pleasant for relaxation outside. The price is a bit high but the overall experience ig great!!

Me and my wife spent 1 night at Allegra, last week.
The hotel is located at the old ein Kareem and it׳s a renovated old house, renovated with nice garden and designed rooms. The room is clean, well designed ,bad is great the bathroom as well. Very good soaps also in the room a good coffe machin and small box of nice choclates,The staff is very welcoming and available for every need or request. the atmosphere is very good .
The breakfast is good, yet not with many options if you are not in to agg ( in any way you can think of) this is a bitt disappointing if to compare other hotels at that level, or if considering the cost.
It's seems like they put lots of effort in in the kitchen and inside the dish but less effort into the food itself.
The hotel restaurant is closed at saturday so we didn't eat their other than breakfast. All together the place is nice, too expensive (as always in israel) but a good option for one night escape

Beautiful, romantic, cozy, so many superlatives can be cast upon this special hotel. My wife and myself went for a night. The hotel is located right in the center of the commercial part of "Ein Karem" and in case you don't want to drive around you can literally walk from the hotel to all the nice restaurant's and cafe's in a few minute walk (a beautiful walk). The hotel has a lovely historical story, but the main thing that is has been renovated a couple of years ago by 2 ambitious entrepreneurs that turned into a very special place. The magical garden of the hotel over looks all of "Ein Karem" and has a view of the Russian monastery (with the golden pointy roof tops) and a church. We took the "Dante and Beatrice" suite which was just perfect, old and modern design matched perfectly, very comfortable bed, and a ridiculously spoiling bathroom. btw, don't miss out to go through the lovely books spread out the room, they have great books there. If there is one thing that can be improved is the breakfast, it was tasty, however didn't quite match the standard of the hotel, from such a hotel you could have expected something better. There is a chef who cooks you the preferred eggs you fancy but it lacks choice, such as various kinds of bread and pastries, and also the small appetizers were ok, not more. We haven't had there dinner so I can't help you here. In case you want to eat outside the hotel, we went for lunch at the "Brasserie" there (ask in the reception, they will tell you how to get there) it is a lovely restaurant with good food, you should ask to sit in the 2nd floor overlooking the valley. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful as well. The place isn't appropriate for small children; it is 100% a romantic couple's hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed

This boutique hotel offers specially designed suites in an old house built in the 1920's. Each room offers a king sized bed, full bath, surround sound, expresso machine, pastoral views and much more. An expert chef prepares delicious meals in the dining room with the freshest ingredients. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Whether for a romantic getaway or a visit to this pastoral neighborhood, you can't go wrong at Alegra -- if budget is of no concern.

Room Tip: There are several suites and only one regular room which has a shower instead of a bathtub. If budge...
