We had three people staying in the private triple room, we thought it was a good low cost option. Room was quiet and clean.

Great location - only a 10 minute walk to the Jerusalem Old City walls.
Nice common room that included a bar, and a large shared kitchen.
Very helpful and nice people working at the check in desk.
We weren't able to use one, but they have several good group events for people staying there including city tours and pub crawls.

We will come again!
And we will reccommend:
VERY CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY FAIR PRICE AND CONVENIENT!
Rooms facing the main street are noisy at night and a lot of light comes in!
Recommend rooms facing the inner court-yard.

We stayed here in July 2011 for a few days. Staff are really helpful and friendly and I would recommend staying here to anyone. Nice chill out area with a bar and some great company! One of the highlights was the market tour and cooking evening with ibrahim.
Only negative I would have would be that some of the day trips are expensive and it is not clearly explained what your initial payment includes. We went to a dead sea day trip and then when we got there had to pay more money...
Overall however - AMAZING!

These guys really care, and you can feel the European level of service and cleanliness in the hostel. The giest kitchen was well used, but the hostel was in perfect walking distance from lots of cheap eat options...but best of all, right around the corner from the fresh food market, a reason to visit Jerusalem on its own. Staff were great, and the excursions they offer were top notch. I really hope these guys expand to Tel Aviv, this place brings a totally new standard to what a hostel needs to be in Israel. I'd definately stay again, and have already recommended to friends travelling into the region.

We stayed in this hostel for two nights. We rented a double room for 110 Us dollars. We stayed for the same price in a wonderful hotel in Jerusalem few days before. The room was bleak, more similar to a prison cell than to an hotel room. The smell in the corridors were horrible. The window of the room was blocked and AC was as old as the one you can find in some cuban casas particular, probably produced like those ones in USSR in the '50 and it didn't work properly. it switched off indipendently during the night, so the climate in the room was terribl,e hot and humid, even if outside the weather was ok. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was extremely basic and you had to clean the dishes you usedfor it The check in is from 3 pm but the room was availabl only 1 .30 hours latere. The shower draining was blocked and the bathroom went completly flooded after every shower. We called the reception to reèport the problem but no one repaied it. The When I asked the reception to call me a taxi they ansered to go along the street and look for one! . I think it should be considered a bad hostel for backpackers with prices too high for what they offer. I abssolutely advise everybody to avoid it!

Dear friends.
I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. As a HOSTEL for independent travelers we are making huge efforts to provide our guests with the best travel experience. Your comments are extremely important to us in our constant effort to improve our service.
We Have a full time maintenance team, as well as 6 cleaners who clean the entire hostel daily. The bed linen can be replaced during your stay, if we are asked to do so.
We usually recommend people to try to catch a taxi on the street since it is cheaper than booking it over the phone.
Again, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you had and hope that you will have a better experience with us next time.
