In was told the Cardo restaurant in the Legacy was worth visiting. True, the view of the old city is amazing, but even for the view I would not return. We arrived around 10pm. You could see from the faces, they did not want any customers anymore, even though only a handful of tables was being used. I ordered a risotto, but when it arrived (after 10 minutes) I noticed the risotto rice was still a bit uncooked, so I sent it back. The waiter wanted to convince me it was 'al dente', without even tasting himself. I know the difference between uncooked and 'al dente' and this was uncooked. The waiter returned to the (open) kitchen, where he explained it to the cook who was not amused (I could see the rude gestures from where I was seated). In the end they cooked my dish some more (not offering me a entirely new one), which resulted in a thick risotto which was - I have to admit- was tasty. The waiter brought it to my table without a single apology, but worse, without giving me a new spoon and fork. I got really annoyed at the poor and rude service and decided not to give any tip. And when the waiter realised he could not could on a tip, he didn't shy away from cursing us in Arabic. All in all, I found the service so rude, that I really would not recommend anyone going there for a nice and relaxing dinner.
