I had dinner here with a customer who lives in Israel and knew where to go. Dinner was great (we had the Shir Hashirim Feast menu), local recipies reviewed in modern style with fresh ingredients coming from Israel and adiacent countries.
Service was good and the cook came out to explain the dishes we would have had next.
Couldn't have ask for more, both in quality and quantity.
The atmosphere was very nice too, not only for the position (just outside Gerusalem walls) but also for fornitures and lights.
I would reccomend this restaurant to everybody.

Our Rabbi in New York said when visiting Jerusalem this place is not to be missed. Exceptional food based on bible! What an amazing evening. Food service and atmosphere is not to be missed! The Cous Cous is the best on the planet! Can't wait to come back to Israel to go to this place again!!!

By far the best food we had in Israel. The tasting menu is a bit overfacing (we lost count of the number of courses) but the quality and variety of the food was first class. The chef came and spoke to us explaining his methods and the history of the various dishes. The place was full, as it is most evenings apparently.
The bill with wine and beer came to about £100 which was great value. Highly recommended.
