“Nice Lunch at Mamilla Mall”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

I ordered the whole wheat fettuccine with tomatoes and artichokes in olive oil. It was excellent. Giant portion. Also had the cream of split pea. Also excellent.

Service was fair.

This Luciana is in Mamilla Mall. Unsure if the other posters are speaking of another place.

We went for the lunch special which was fairly priced at about 60 shekel a person including soup/salad and entree. Would go again.

“Nice lunch, some service improvements needed..”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

Focaccia was good, Gazpacho was nice.. The wife had a nice salmon in purée, the salmon was cooked good but the purée could have been better.. A nice half-bottle of wine and a cold beer and we had a nice lunch.. The service for the price was disappointing.. Not sure we would go back on another trip to Jerusalem...

“food was ok, service not so good”
Reviewed January 26, 2013

our dishes all came out at different times and while the portions were very generous, we were a relatively large table and half of us were finished eating before the rest of our table was served

“Great Italian Food”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

We have been to this restaurant twice. Every time we go we really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. It is a little quaint restaurant on Emek Refaim. Last time I had the spinach ravioli with walnuts and it was fantastic. My husband had the salmon pasta. This time when we were there we ordered a Focahchia for the first course and we waited and waited.... Finally we called a waitress and she looked into it. It apparently had gone to another table. She said we would get a free dessert because of that incident. We picked the lemon tart which was delicious. Their other desserts looked really good too. I liked that their dishes are different and not the same old pasta things you can find in restaurants like Rimon. The waitresses are nice.
The prices aren't cheap- but I think its quality food and filling. What I mean is the sizes aren't huge but the food itself is filling. I hate pasta roza and I was stuffed! We always bring a coupon for 10% so it makes a difference. Their house bread could be warmed up but we never bothered to say something.

“Awful food. Overpriced”
Reviewed January 17, 2013 via mobile

Expected to experience an Italian fine dining experience. Terribly disappointed. Food was v v bad. Ordered several pizzas, two pasta dishes, gnocchi and salad and focaccia. Nothing was outstanding. Service is good and attentive. Dishes were bland and made without any thought to the dish. My kids ordered dessert. All desserts are not made in restaurant. That is, they are premade in some bakery factory. You ate better off going downstairs for fresh gelato or a pastry from the dozens of cafes on the st. Pretty pricey food. Overall, I'd day- go elsewhere!!
