Nestled in an ancient alley of Jerusalem centuries old Crusader era Rossini's just brought us a wonderful setting of inventive menu which fuses with French Classics with a Mediterranean touches and conceptual flair. Most of the produce are source locally and enriche with a brilliant Chef. Each dish consistently surprised us until the end with a delight Sandra's sorbet a fusion of Irish spring and middle eastern spices. Certainly one of the most unique gastronomic experience in Jerusalem.

The restaurant is a "chef" restaurant and offers very good food at reasonable prices. Service is superb and ambience very romantic.

It is a shame that more people have not reviewed this restaurant because the food here, although pricey, is utterly excellent and perhaps the best I had in Jerusalem. Although it is not food indicative of the region it is cooking of the highest order and its location makes for a great place to catch lunch or after a hard day seeing the sights. A treat by all means but excellent food is backed up with excellent service and one of the best selections of wines I found in Jerusalem.

We went to Israel on a tour and therefore we ate most of our dinners with our group at the hotels, but we had one "free" night where we decided to go out to dinner. After reading several reviews of Jerusalem restaurants, I was not expecting to get great service, but this place certainly surprised us and the food was great. We started off with a puff pastry with chicken and mushrooms, we were served a lemon sorbet, and then my husband had the Chateaubriand for two (cooked to perfection). We then finished with the chocolate mouse toped with fresh strawberries - DELICIOUS. All was great - and the service could not have been any better - very attentive and very pleasant.
