We were here for a foundation trip with other people for the same, approximately 16. The service was very good, atmosphere good but the food was unbelievably awful! We hd an option of steak or chicken. Our group jokingly asked each other if it wod be easier to cut the meat with a chainsaw which is no exaggeration. Stay away if you can.

I always try and go to 1868 when I am in Jerusalem and always have an excellent meal. The food is sublime and the service impeccable.

As far as authentic goes - you can't beat it. As far as delicious goes - you can't beat it. As far as eclectic clientele, you can't beat it. You gotta eat there.

The entrecote was delicious, everything was simply irresistible. A must and close to the King David Hotel

We really enjoyed this restaurant. I had salmon, and it was perfectly prepared and cooked, just delicious. Our salads were beautiful. The acoustics in the place are terrible, so don't go there is you have trouble hearing.
