A comfortable bed, a private bathroom, a private shower, a TV, a mini bar, a private balcony overlooking Jerusalem and a good breakfast on offer... one of the best hostels we've ever stayed in! Also one of the most expensive, but Jerusalem is a pricey destination compared to those in surrounding countries - the price was on par with other hostels in the city. There's a supermarket directly over the road The staff were quite helpful giving directions, too.

I work with groups in Israel all year round and send them to stay the Agron Guest House anytime they are in Jerusalem. The location is unbeatable, prices are decent, food is good and the staff is professional and extremely helpful.

Room Tip: The rooms on the forth floor have small balconies with a breath taking view of Jerusalem

I stayed here in 2005 and sometimes it felt like the room hadn't been cleaned since. There was hair in the shower and water in the kettle leftover from previous guests which was just gross. The rooms do not have clocks, phones or a safe so I had to carry around my valuables with me for 4 days and had to use the alarm clock function on my cell. Worst offense is that the hotel will only give you ONE towel. I tried to ask for a second towel and was told I could not have one. I sort of understand this policy for the hotel's many younger guests (and there are LOTS of teens staying here), but I'm an adult and it was pretty insulting. Would definitely not stay here again.
