This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly. The decoration throughout is really good. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. There is a happy hour every evening when they provide pleasant wines, soft drinks and substantial snacks. The hotel is in a peaceful road but really close to the markets and an easy walk to the walled city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It is a proper boutique hotel - stylish and comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights (one of which was spontaneous that they had no problem accomodating) and loved every minute! The hotel was well thought out with very special, unique to Jerusalem details (the artwork, design). The room while on the cozier side, was perfect for us and had everything we could need including a nespresso machine. Also, they left us a lovely dessert with strawberries, cakes and nuts along with a bottle of cava for my husband's birthday! we were so touched by that warm reception! There is a great happy hour every day and the rooftop is just lovely at sunset! The breakfast is the usual spectacular one that the Atlas hotels provide and did not disappoint! The staff are on top of their game and the most helpful and friendly that i've encountered in Israel (living here 9 years and have seen quite the variety). They really make this hotel what it is! Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

This is the perfect location for sight seeing in Jerusalem. Near the Shuk, Ben Yehuda street and a short walk to Jaffa street and the Old City. The bed is very comfortable but room is very small and bathroom was tiny. The only bad part was the tiny shower that leaked into the bathroom floor and was not easy to shower.
For the value, I would recommend because staff is excellent and breakfast is wonderful! They also have a happy hour every afternoon,

Room tip: ask for a larger shower if possible!

Stayed here with my mom and my sister in law.

The hotel is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Eron, at the front desk, greeted us and checked us in, and immediately accommodated our request to (1) add an extra room and (2) extend all rooms for an extra day with no scheduling hassles. They even offered to move our luggage for us from one room to the other while we were out for the day.

Same thing with asking to arrange tours, cabs, etc. We just asked and Eron took care of it with enthusiasm and professionalism (not to mention offering my mom a free meal after we checked out because she was feeling under the weather). And unfailingly greeted us every time we walked in or out.

As for the location and the amenities: the rooms are cozy and get lots of wonderful sunlight. We booked the terrace rooms, which I strongly recommend, especially during warmer months or if you enjoy relaxing in the sun. The terraces aren’t typical hotel balconies, they’re huge, like private patios. But even if you don’t book a terrace room, you can still sunbathe on the roof.

The free breakfasts and happy hours are generous and feature hearty, healthy Israeli fare. Expect lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, spreads, and breads. Also a selection of hot dishes at both meals and wines in the evening.

Location-wise, it’s very close to one of the outdoor markets, and maybe a 20 minute walk from the old city.
