Having not been in Jerusalem for thirty years, I was shocked at how advanced the cuisine became. Chakra was a wonderful experience from the delicious food and friendly service to the atmosphere. We sat in the patio off the park. It was divine. We had the degustation and it was a tremendous amount of quality food. They did everything well. The tuna tartar and tge liver pate were yummy. The sea bream was fresh and perfectly cooked. The shrimp was excellent. The dessert platter was also wonderful.
We went back again for the lamb another night. It was fabulous.
Do not miss the tahini ice cream.
