Kalamaris is the restaurant that my family and I enjoy visiting again and again.
Although it is located in a very touristic spot, it is NOT a tourist trap. Far from it.
This is a family owned and operated restaurant, the staff is friendly and professional.
It is an excellent seafood restaurant but not just. If you are not into seafood, the selection of mead dishes is as good.
The feast starts with a large selection of salads. Well in Israel we call it salads but these are first courses that come in small plates (like tapas) filled with goodies and you get re-fills if you finish a plate.
The fish is prepared in a very simple way according to your liking without ruing it. The waiter will recommend what’s best for the day. The selection of seafood is nice and also made perfectly.
It is highly recommended to come hungry.
