Sinta Bar maintains a high standard of cooking - really fresh, fresh ingredients well put together. The focaccia is excellent (as are other breads I've tasted there). Presentation is beautiful. The salads are wonderful. Today I had an exquisite fresh salmon filet with a delicious, innovative sauce. Loved every morsel. Last time we had the raviolli - outstanding. The desserts are phenomenal - their pastry chef is masterful - really magnificent sweet combinations - save room!
Sinta Bar is consistently delicious, and (unfortunately) it's one of the very few restaurants in Haifa that I feel is up to par. Parking and traffic on the Carmel can be annoying - you may have to circle a few times.
