It is not easy to find a place in the Israeli summer heat to have a breakfast outside.
Blcan is one of thoses. The place has wonderful view on the Bahai temple and gardens.
We had a typical Israeli breakfast with big salad, omelet, soft drink, chesse of several kinds, pita bread, halva, good tomato jam and coffee. Service was good and price as well.
