I got a printed voucher (after my boss's son booked via internet) for 20 years of working in the business that said "1 night full board for 2 adu (Saturday 23.6.12) for ~$480. Rates e x c l u d e treatments. it is recommended to book treatment two weeks in advance." I read 3 times (and my boss as it turned out, did not!) and was in shock (never have been in such place)! Should I pay for treatments? said nothing to my boss not to embarrass him. No detailed spa info. on the web-(only tel no.)! Didn't call the resort and decided to find out on spot. It turned out that the price does include 2 treatments, but, the spa was already full! (nothing else was offered) On summer time probably, you must call two weeks in advance to book treatments! You can arrive at 16.00 on Sat. but most chances you will have to park outside. The room is available at 18.00 and at 12.00 the next day you have to check out! Yes, it is very clean, quiet, has a high standard of food, swimming facilities all a.c., movie in the evening. personally, I couldn't sleep on the stiff mattress (instead, slept on pile of pillows on sofa) Coffee/tea in the room and cold bottle of water + box of cookies is nice. Watch it! Cookies don't have nutrition information. At 17.30 there is a guided tour in the resort. If it is your first time, It is recommended to arrive early so you can join the tour. (As the tour was not mentioned in the voucher, we missed it too!). Hope the hotel will give my boss, some money back! My husband liked the Jacuzzi. Very few people used the swimming pools (in and out doors) although the resort was full.

Room Tip: room Carmel De Lux (3rd floor) is large (has also a sofa, coffee table+chair and balcony) but does...

The most expensive hotel we ever been.26 hours for 500$ for one night from saturday 1600 till sunday 1800 full board wite two massage treatments.I struggled hard before I ordered this place but because of birthday 55th of my wife' i decided to surprise her, and spend so much money. She also received an amazing gift from the hotel,- amazing scent bottle. Dinner was reasonable with a small selection of dishes, breakfast was very rich and lunch was serving rather meager. The room we have on the third floor has a large window with great view . Beautiful inner pool area and outdoor pool area that was closed at the time we were there. Have a selection of sports sessions and lectures in various fields. All in all we enjoyed but the high price is not justified and we expected to get more for our money.

Although billed as a health destination, the resort appeals more to adults looking for a day or two of rest and a lot of good food. The rooms are adequate, certainly not luxurious. The daily offered classes are spotty, yoga not offered daily, and extra fees taken for spinning, making it seem to be an afterthought rather than one of the main centerpieces of the destination. The spa services seemed overly comprehensive and not well explained either by staff or in writing, although the masseuses were quite professional. Many silly extras like a 90 shekel daily Internet fee so to discourage "outside vibes" from interfering with your experience while placing a television in every room seemed disingenuous.
The offered services were never explained to us by the staff even though my wife was asked if this was our first visit to the facility. We found out on the day of our departure of bicycle trails and on premise bicycle availability although we never saw the offering in the literature given us.
Probably the best of it's genre in Israel, but still needs a lot of tweaking to make it a world class resort.

Room Tip: If you don't require a patio, ask for a higher floor for a room with a view at less price.
