A good place for a leisurely one-hour stroll looking out over the Haifa port and, on a clear day, Akko, Naharia, and Lebanon. If with kids, you can combine it with playing at Gan Ha'em, a visit to the zoo or a ride in the Carmelite. If with adults, there is an entrance to the Bahai Gardens at the northern/western end.

It was breath-taking views!! A must see when in Haifa! My dad and I stayed up on the promenade for easily an hour and a half taking photos and strolling along with a pastry and ice cafe (like a frappacino from Starbucks, but better)!

I found this place outside of my hotel. It is short but just long enough. It passes the best outlook place to see the port from up on top of Mt Carmal. There are plenty of seating along the walk.

The Louis Promenade features the most beautiful view in Israel. Feels like San Francisco, even though the old Israeli architecture isn't that nice.
