My wife and I stayed for one night in a Superior room on the 1st floor. The stay was comfortable and the staff were efficient and quick. We came in at a very late hour and were processed quickly so we can go to our room.

The room was clean, not cramped but also not very spacious. A double bed takes up most of the largest of three spaces. The bathroom has a shower with a basic setup. The two windows looked out onto a portion of roof (this happens allot in Haifa, even on the 1st floor) and trees. Very private even with the windows open. The hotel is nestled in a residential area so it is all very quiet. We had one window directly over our heads, so careful if you're a fast riser.

The hotel provides a breakfast in its own restaurant. We opted to go to the nearby cafe, which the hotel also provides a coupon for. The hotel is just around the corner from Shemo, a well known bakery and is close to the main Moria street which leads you either to Carmel center or on to Ahuza, both commercial centers.

The hotel is not super central but it being boutique, it charges a little on the high side, including breakfast. All in all, not extravagant but also not cheap.

We had one hiccup where we locked ourselves outside the hotel and could not raise the staff by intercom or phone. Eventually one of the receptionists came by and opened up.

OUTSTANDING! A pity that the taxi called by reception took us a long, unusual way to the train station and costed 15 Sch more than when we arrived.
Art decoration of stairs and rooms, ecellent furniture, welcome coffee and mineral water.

Room Tip: High up, view

I feel the hotel is overrated in its promotions. The room was OK but far from luxurious. The finishing work in the bathroom was poor, the heater didn't work properly and it was not very clean. The adjoining restaurant billed itself as gourmet but was not. The kebab was just a few tasteless hamburger balls and a tiny helping of vegetables presented in a "gourmet" format. Not impressed and overpriced. Will not go back

my parents live just down the street so on my yearly visit i decided to ditch the couch and get a room at the villa. although its quite central my room was very quiet and i had the best night sleep in forever. insider haifa tip: heinrich heine garden in the back street behind the hotel in the mornings, lounging in sun, enjoying a coffee. also the shemo bakery just in the front for some sweets.

Room Tip: mid floor away from elevators

This is a charming boutique hotel at a very reasonable price. The bedrooms are not large as this is an historic building but they are nicely decorated with plenty of amenities.
The staff are good and helpful and there is a sauna and hot tub on the roof which is a good place to relax. Breakfast is very good with lots of options and plentiful.

I ordered a massage which was also very good anda fair price

I will certainly stay here again when I am in Haifa.

Room Tip: Some rooms only have double beds, but queen and king are available
