“Great location, great staff, great view!”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

This hotel was recommended to us by friends who recently stayed in Haifa. We were not disappointed. Over the years, we have stayed in other hotels in Haifa and I felt like this one was the best one yet! We requested a deluxe room (very spacious) with a view of the Baha'i shrine and terraces. It was amazing...we opened our curtains and had an unobstructed view of the terraces, it was absolutely beautiful. The location is great because you can walk to most places...there are plenty of restaurants nearby and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. My mother and I chose to take the bus to the Baha'i pilgrimage house everyday and it was very easy to access and the stops were close to where we needed to go!

The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection for everyone. I have to say, the staff is AMAZING!!!!. They were all so kind and helpful. I want to thank each of them for our great stay at the hotel: Issac (you're a great manager, the hotel is lucky to have you and the owner made the right choice in hiring you!!), thanks Hava (I hope I spelled your name correctly:)), Ziv, Shachaf, Benny, Yossi (you were always so accomodating, thanks Yossi) and Tanya (she prepares the breakfast room each morning, thank you!).

A couple of recommendations to the owner: Please purchase new pillows, they were lumpy and not so comfortable. Also, please place stepping stools in the bathrooms...it was very difficult for my mom to get in and out of the tub because it was so high. You may want to consider taking out the tubs and putting in flat floor showers, it's much easier for the elderly to get in and out of...Shalom!

Room Tip: pay a little bit more and get a deluxe room, it's worth it!!!

I stayed here for a small two day conference.
The meeting facility was downstairs, comfortable for 15 people but a bit claustrophobic in a windowless room.
The rooms were small. We were between seasons and the air conditioning was not yet turned on .Management's suggestion was to open the windows. The roof top patio was not quite open and had a plastic tent covering most of it.
The dining room was very nice with excellent food, pleasant seating options inside and out. the location was very nice in a part of the city with walking options, restaurants, and other hotels.
It is a very personal smaller option that was very nice.

European style hotel, centrally located, have internet access, friendly staff. It is at the "German Street" area. Nice street for walking and people watching. Bath robe, slippers and chocolate on the pillow..
I enjoyed the great breakfast with great coffee. Will definitely returned to this hotel if I come this way again.

This boutique hotel is like a small jewel. It is extremely clean, and has all the amenities of a larger hotel. Our deluxe room was very pleasant with robes and slippers for our use, other little gifts to add to the ambiance, and a very nice bathroom with double sinks. Public parking in the rear of the hotel is convenient, and the surrounding area is filled with many restaurants. Our breakfast experience was very nice, with a good selection of food, and the dining room was lovely. We will definitely return there next time we find ourselves in Haifa. We also had a beautiful view of the Baha'iGardens from our window, and there is a panoramic view of the city from the hotel's roof. We have told many friends about our experience.

Room Tip: Book a deluxe room as the regular rooms tend to be small

The hotel located in the German town of Haifa. The street has a lot of resteraunts that are just worth testing.
The hotel has a good price and has wifi. The only thing is that some of the rooms are small too small for a family. I was alone and in room 104 and there was bearly enought room for my suitcase. Breakfast was traditional but very good.
Baha'i Temple near by and a great attraction to see and free

Room Tip: try to stay ouf of the lower rooms as they are small

Stayed here many times now, love the place with its friendly staff and great location, recommend it if your in the Haifa area.
Only 3 floors with about 8-10 rooms per floor so its easy to get from your room straight out on to the street where all the restaurants are.
Staff are the best I have experienced in 20 years of business travel.
