This dairy restaurant is located just at the lower end of the Haifa cable car one the side and right on the beach promenade along the back. There's also plenty of parking. The portions are *big*, so bring a hearty appetite or share (that's what we do with their gigantic salads). Their smoothies, called "pree-shakes," are delicious. Water-, milk- or yogurt-based, with two types of seasonal fruit. We attended a nice dairy bar mitzvah celebration upstairs in their banquet area as well.

This restaurant has the best possible location looking over the Mediterranean sea, but this is its only plus.
The service and food are not god, the restaurant is not clean and requires re-innovation.
Big potential wasted

We met with a dear dear friends from the US who came for a visit and were looking for a place that served vegetarian food. the place is stale and the acoustics are horrible. it's as if it's run by itself with no management whatsoever. service was slow but the waiter was kind of nice so at least on that one the place gets a 3 stars. but then cae the food. OMG (as my 13 y/o says). the pasta was topped with tons of molten cheese that congealed to a shapeless inedible mass. the bottom, however was swimming in oil. the "shakshouka"- eggs pouched in crushed tomato sauce- was overdone and the yolks were completely solid and dry. The halloumi cheese salad was like eating the soles of my shoes. our friend did enjoy her greek salad though. meeting our der friends was so much fun that we did pay very little attention to the quality (or rather the lack) of the food. but nevertheless, this was definitely one of the worst places I've eaten in my life.

The bar is located in Bat-Galim promenade on in the rocky cliff protruding into the sea...A great start right? Unfortunately, the good thing are over. The location can't compensate for the ugliest pale greenish building in the world with dirty windows, lousy interior design, boring food and unfriendly staff.
