“Probably the best family hotel in Eilat”
Reviewed January 1, 2014 via mobile

Superb customer service by the staff throughout the hotel, unique children activities and play rooms, suites with separate living room and kitchenette allowing a comfortable lodging for 4-5 ppland a sandy pool make it a great choice for families.

We stayed for 3 nights and this was our 4th time at the hotel. We love it here. The rooms are great for large families. We are 2 adults and 4 children and we can all share one room which is divided into 2 main areas with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen . We also choose a garden room which has its own outside area. The kids love it here wonderful man made beach and pool , water slide and hamburger restaurant in the middle . Loads of great shops and restaurants in the mall within the hotel complex. This is a self catering hotel with a shop to buy groceries although you can pay for breakfast which is expensive but very nice. The only bad point is the internet. Like some hotels you have to pay to have wi fi in your room however you have to pay for each device not just one charge for all! They say they use an outside company but this is just a rip off but this should be changed as it is really unfair on the guest.

Room Tip: Choose a garden suite as the pool gets busy and this way you get your own outside space.

Isrotel Royal Garden is an oasis with great location in dazzling Eilat! The hotel amenities and services are high class, suitable for any type of travellers. The Rose Wing is absolutely gorgeous as it faces the pools, and the sun all day long. The sand pool is heated in winter and more heat is to be found in the lovely spa´s saunas and jacuzzi. Wifi is a bit of a problem as it is not free in the spacious and clean suites, and can be obtained for one device only. Free wifi can be used in the cafe which serves good coffees and cakes, among other delicacies. The PR Manager Miki Itzhaki does great job with her team to meet and to exceed customers needs and wishes!

We stayed in Royal Garden for one week. We had a room with two bedrooms, kitchen, livinroom, bathroom and balcony.
The hotel was clean and luxurious.
I highly do recommend kosher-breakfast even if it costs little bit extra. It was delicious.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Shopping street in a hotel was nice as well as mini-market, (spa, gym and game rooms cost also extra).
Wifi works well in a restaurants and with again extra cost you get all access wifi.

Location is super. Just a walk from the shopping street, restaurants and beach.

If you have kids this hotel is the one or if you like to spend time by the sandy pool or luxurious pool area this is the one you like to stay.

Would I stay here again? YES, ABSOLUTELY! :)

we chose this because it had pizzas and pastas. the fettucine came and it was raw, I complained and was told that it was al dente. I said that it was not cooked and they took it back and brought it back and it was still raw. my husband had a different dish also with fettucine and that was badly cooked as well. would not recommend this place at all. interestingly other restaurants we passed were busy and this one wasn't.

We visit Eilat quite often and the Royal Garden is our preferred hotel in Eilat especially for family vacations. The suites are very spacious: we love the "garden suites" the most.
The stuff is very friendly.
The children love the sand pool though it needs filling of sand.
The dining room is very good although it does not accommodate all the guests when the hotel is crowded. We stayed at Hanukkah and it was a bit of a mess. I think it is better to limit the number of people that dine (since the hotel offers room only) rather than giving a service that is way far from the one this hotel normally gives. Certainly the dining room will have to be expanded.
