Great hotel with spacious rooms, although the rooms are a bit worn down. Lovely pool area, even with an artificial beach! Very clean. Very family friendly!

Cons: was waken up early by room service (cleaning), so remember to put the "do not disturb"-sign on your door knob. Window was left open/balcony door left unlocked after cleaning several days - with a risk of being robbed.

The food from the snack bars in the pool area is of poor quality.

Room Tip: Rooms on ground level is not recommended if privacy is important. Would recommend a room on upper fl...

Hello Anette B,

I am pleased to read you enjoyed your family friendly vacation and loved the pool area so much. I am surprised to read the outside balcony door was not locked; I will certainly inform our operations team of this, as guest security and safety is our number one priority.

Thank you for your review and I hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back again.

Kind regards,

We got a grate price for this hotel from a travel agent. The area of the hotel is quite larg relativly to other hotels in Israel. The rooms are large with a small kitchen clean and comfortable. Eilat is not a big city nontheless the hotel has a good location closen to Eilat beach. We had a great time for a great price. Oh and the brakefast was sssooo good...

Been here 3 times now, with 1, 2 and now 3 kids. Extremely family friendly with large rooms, kids club and 3 excellent pools. Even in the holiday season it doesn't feel too crowded. Also within walking distance (2 mins) from the beach and promenade.

We booked this hotel after enjoying it 2 times in the pass but unfotunatly it was a dissapointment this time. It was over crowded due to the holidays which made it unpleasent. The dining room is very very dark and the choise of food is not large and with very littel space between tabels so its very noisy and not pleasent.
the pools are just great and beautiful but again overcrowded...

Hello abigail a,

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am disappointed after two fantastic stays your third was not as good. During holiday periods Eilat is a very popular spot for families to vacation and most hotels are booked to capacity. Perhaps next time, you might want to visit during the off-peak season, as generally Eilat is not as busy.

We do hope to be granted the opportunity to welcome you back.

Kind regards,

In general, good place for a family vacation. In details:

Pros:
- Wonderful pool, with a great artificial sand "beach like" area and waterfalls area
- Very good location
- Clean
- Great activities for family
- Spacey rooms if compared to most standard hotel rooms in the area
- Good kitchenette facilities in the room

Cons:
- VERY crowded on Israeli holidays. This is true for all Eilat hotels, but in this case you can't find a chair (at all!) around the pool in the "rush hours" (any time between ~9:00 - ~13:00).
- Some renovation wouldn't hurt - the water took its time to go down the sewerage
- One of the elevators didn't work for 4 days while we were there. This caused quite some waiting time... To use the stairs you need to go through the workers area - strange planning and quite uninviting...
- Pricing is too high if compared to other options in the area

Room Tip: Pool view has better balconies - but also cost more...

Perfectly organized for families, specially with 3 children, where you don't need to be spread over 2 rooms (if you don't want to, since your kids are too young).
Excellent pools, very good service, and the food was also with relatively high quality.
Rooms are clean, facility is highly maintained.
Location is also very good, as it is within walking distance from virtually everywhere.

The hotel is families oriented, so no noisy "ARSIM".
Disclaimer: The travel was in "very" off season, which might be the reason for the good prices and service.
Notice there is no beach view at this hotel.
