To start with the benefits - it's cheap and you get a large suite with 2 bedrooms, but this is about that.
First surprise is at the check-in where they will make you sign that you agree that check out time is 10:00, this is even before breakfast is over. If you want to extend check out time for a few hours they charge you extra fee . The staff in most cases is unprofessional - for example, in the first day we ask to make the bed for the 5th person (was included in the reservation), only to find out in the mid-night when we went back to the room that they didn't make the bed and even didn't bring any sheets and mattresses so we can make the be ourselves. We called the reception a few times and only 40 minutes (!!) later they sent someone that brought it.
I can you more about the crowded breakfast room with poor selection of food, about the noise between the rooms around the clock but I think you got the idea...
Unless you got a large family with lots of kid and you really want to save money, I recommend to stay away from this place.

The big problem with the place was that the apartment was not clean and very old. We had ants in the kitchen, the TV was very old with poor quality etc.
The advantage of the place in location ( Near the southern shore) and the fact that for a whole family ( 5) it is inexpensive.

The hotel has a great potential but the level of maintenance is below any reasonable standard. The pool is ok but people are smoking all over, what makes the experience with little kids not very pleasant. The staff is pretty nice and the rooms are quite big (2 bedrooms) but at the same time are old and the internal accessories are in a bad situation. The standard of hygiene is low, room doesn't feel clean even after it was cleaned.
Overall we had a great time but if the hotel management would have given the hotel maintenance more attention it could have been great.

We came to the hotel with 3 other families.
One room wasn't ready on time and after a manager interfered they received a free diner.
When we needed something we had to call and ask several times.
Overall the hotel is nice for families with children.

it was a school trip they gave us a suit that fits 4-6 people but you have to walk to get to the lobby pool supermarket there was no mini bar with snaks or drinks all we had is a kitchen with nothing to drink or to eat in it so if you want you can bring your things because the prices are high

Its ok for family's for staying in Eilat, as getting a large room for a family of 5 is hard and expensive ...But thats about it.

Rooms are old,and need to be renovated.
I assume since its mostly based on Time Sharing plans .. they dont invest in the property.

OK if your on a budget, but dont expect much.

We stayed at Club Inn at the beginning of November. The hotel is very old and although we stayed at a renovated suite, it looked very old with color pilling from the doors and in the bathroom.
The size of the suite is good: 2 bedrooms and a living room - very convenient for a family with 3-4 kids.
The breakfast was OK, not more than that.
One big plus: the price is low compared to other hotels in Eilat, so if you're on a budget vacation - it's suitable.
The hotel is good only if you want just a place to sleep in and stay out all day: hiking, bike trips, diving (very close to a beautiful beach where you can dive/snorkel).

Room Tip: rooms no. 330 and that area are renovated, prefer them
