We spent six nights here and had no complaints at all. Our room overlooked the marina and the hills beyond. we had a nice balcony and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the food served at breakfast and dinner.
the hotel is set slightly back from the main sea fron area of North Beach but I think this probably means it is quieter which suited us. The airport did not not bother us at all. the windows are double glazed and it is not constantly busy.
We found the staff helpful and friendly even though they were often very busy. We did a trip on the glass bottomed boat, which was fun and we had a fantastic day in Jordan visiting Petra. We would definitely come here again.

We were three families with kids and enjoyed every minute there. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the beach, mall or promenade. The entertainment team on the evening shows was the best we have ever seen! Just stunning. The food and service were absolutely perfect. Even the hotel management was kind and specially friendly with us. The kids got also extra attention from the entertainment team. We will definitely will come back.

The hotel is very well kept. The rooms are very clean and all the furnishings were immaculate both in the rooms and the public areas. Our rooms overlooked the lagoon and were really very nice. They were also soundproof, something we had not encountered in some of the other hotels we stayed at this trip.
The staff were courteous to us at all times.
The breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety of very well prepared and presented foods. The food was tasty and fresh. You definitely cannot walk away hungry from this breakfast.
To me, this is a gem....excellent value compared to the hotels right on the beachfront.
This was our third visit to this hotel and we shall certainly be back.

We stayed for 4 nights with our teenage daughter. The location was great as it was a bit off the crowded part of the boardwalk, We were so welcomed by the staff including the hotel manager (join the e-Dan club... costs nothing and you get treated like a princess). The executive room was a g-d-send as the manager/ hostess was the best I've experienced in hotels around the world. She made our dinner reservations, gave us candid opinions about things top do and see, (invaluable) and was lovely to my entire family and the other guests in the room. There was one sad experience in the exec. lounge whic an earlier guest made false accusations about the woman who runs the club. We were just leaving as she was shutting down the club. A man came to the door and demanded entry. She kindly explained that the club was closing and would open in 30 minutes, he was mean and cursed at her which offended me and my family. He was not even staying in the type of room that allowed you to visit the lounge. We were horrified that a man would behave in such a manner and threaten an employee who was doing her job.

The spa was basic but the massuesse was EXTRAORDINARY.

If you are looking for a very nice hotel with helpful, and friendly staff I would recommend this hotel, with the Executive room. The free wine was delicious as were all the treats included!

With the level of Eilat hotels generally leaving much to be desired, we did not have high expectations of the Dan Panorama Eilat. However, on many levels the Dan Panorama is better than all the other hotels in which I have previously stayed (including Le Meridien, Hilton Queen of Sheba and Isrotel Royal Beach).
The hotel is very well kept, all the furnishings were immaculate and the level of cleanliness in the rooms and public areas was high.
The breakfast room got a little too busy on the weekend (to be expected) but the staff were a little too 'un-elegant' in their clearing of tables, carting around huge tubs of dirty cutlery, plates and food waste - not very appetising. However, not a huge problem and the selection of breakfast items was impressive and the food was all really good.
The location is not first rate - but really it is no problem to walk for five minutes to reach the promenade.
The pool area is fine, although not as nicely presented as the rest of the hotel - but still perfectly acceptable and not overcrowded at any point.
The main reason why I'm giving such a poor rating is down to an unbelievable fight with a staff member I encountered within five minutes of arriving to the hotel. The staff member seemed to be the lady responsible for running the Executive Lounge and her demeanor was quite unbelievable; calling me names and yelling so loudly that it could be heard from across the atrium. I felt extremely poorly treated by this member of staff and when I finally told her that I wanted to complain about her poor level of customer service, she yelled "GO AHEAD".
As a frequent guest of Dan Hotels, this experience from what I can only believe is a relatively highly ranked member of staff, will certainly make me prefer other options than Dan in the future.

"Thank you for your constructive review.
We have taken measures to improve our service at the dinning room. We appreciate the encouraging words about the Food& Facilities of Dan Panorama Eilat.
The entrance to our Executive Lounge is restricted to guest staying in highest room category & suites or who have paid for daily entrance.
This is a clear Hotel policy and our employees need to adhere to it, yet being polite and attentive.
We are proud of the high ranking of the hotels and apologize if our guest was insulted in any way".
