We stayed here for two nights on pilgrimage. The room was very large and clean, though the bathroom only had a walk-in shower, no bath and was slightly poky. The beds were comfy, and there was also a safe, which it was advisable to use as there are pickpockets in Bethlehem.
The food was average, a buffet with something for everyone (except perhaps vegetarians, but that is a problem in the whole area).
The hotel's main advantage is being so close to the church of the Nativity, about two minutes' walk I would say.
I would recommend as a base for exploring Bethlehem.
