This Palace articulates a story and long history, from a Palace to a Hotel, but you still feel that it’s a true reflection of the high level Palestinian society which roots to hundreds and hundreds of years,, I like the architect and the choice of furniture in some places, the bar at night is a great place to be in specially Saturday night,,, such a great place and great people

Room Tip: Try to get the one with swimming pool view

We stayed at this hotel for the last stretch of our pilgrimage and enjoyed it. The food was decent (not outstanding) and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I really have about the hotel is the lay out. The connection between the old and new building is not easy to follow. It wasn't straight forward to find the dining hall from our hotel room the first time. The front desk staff seemed pleasant. Do go out for a walk in Bethlehem if you have the time. It's a really nice city and people were friendly.

Hands down, the hotel has stunning common areas, the pool areas, the indoor atrium restaurant, the basement bar, the gardens. Wow wow wow! Come and visit the hotel, for dinner, pre or post dinner drinks. We had a lot of fun here!

However, the hotel is a series of interconnected buildings. We scored a room in the old section, it took us literally 10 minutes to walk to our room from the lobby, involved going up one set of lifts and then down another, we got lost several times for 15-20 minutes trying to find our room. It was also very secluded, at the end of a long hallway, and was a ground floor room and we felt very unsafe because glass floor-to-celing doors that opened to the balcony did NOT lock!! We had security come, they couldn't lock it, shrugged their shoulders and said they were fully booked for the night.

Room itself was also a little grungey, mould on the ceilings in the bathroom, furniture felt very old, odd markings on the wall, ugh... not well kept!

I'd recommend coming here for a meal or desert or drinks, but not staying here!

The hotel is nice but you can easily get lost while looking for your room.Wireless internet is extra and quite expensive. Location is fine but you need to take a taxi in order to go to the center of the town.

The hotel was full of contradictions. Beautiful outside and common areas. However, rooms were dated and small. While we had a nice balcony, we also got stuck w twin beds. Perhaps the rooms in the main building were better, as our group were all housed in a biulding behind the main building It felt as if were did not rate staying in the "nice" part of the hotel. We tried to up- grade our room (and pay for it) but were told nothing was available bathroom was better than average. The food, which was buffet stlye due to the fact that we were with a tour group, was also better than average. I recommend verifying your room accommodations before you get there if possible.
