We stayed there for 2 nights, which was the absolute maximum we could endure.
Positive things first: the house was in a location where you could reach everything very easily, train station, museum, main bus station. The terrace was cosy and the view over Selcuk great.
Everything there was in a fake way, it felt like in a play where all the service people including the manager were acting as 'friendly family guesthouse'. In reality they made fun of the people, which most of the guests not even realised, shame on them!
Summing it up, we had a small, cold room, no hot water in the inbuild 'bathroom', only lukewarm after being fixed, only thing working out was the shuttle service to Ephesos (not from though!). WLAN was too slow in our room.
Price for standard double room with air condition and private bath room was 35 TL per person per night, low cost with even lower value.More
