Ate at Cabare last week with my family. We had walked past the place a couple of times and perhaps ignored it because the location is'nt brilliant, it's on a main thouroughfare and perhaps doesn't, at first sight have the ambience that some of the more traditional turkish restaurants do...... However, my son insisted that we try it and I'm glad that we did. The food and service were excellent. After two weeks in Turkey it was nice to have some northern european food for a change and give the messe a miss. The chicken snitzel was fabulous as were the pasta dishes. It was obvious that many of the other dinners were regulars, which is a good sign. The service was attentive and Sonja the Austrian co-owner was charming, helpful and quite charismatic. You can see the spotlessly clean kitchen from your table and watch the food being prepared. I wish we had ventured into this place earlier. Highly reccommended.
