We stayed 2 nights in this amazing hotel (interior literally looks like a palace) and we had a very nice experience. The place was clean, staff were very accommodating and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Mehmet the owner really went out of his way to help us and to make us feel welcome.

Ephesus Place is a spacious, clean and bright hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The large outdoor patio is colorful with flowers, and great spot to eat breakfast or catch a beautiful sunset. It’s a short walk into town from the hotel. The breakfast spread is plentiful and tasty.

easy to locate; room is a bit small and dated; however the owner speaks good english and are really hospitable. there is a big parking lot beside the hotel for your car; our room is warm; the aircon/heater is working well. the bathroom is very small, especially the sink; but there is hot/cold shower so its good for short stay. our room is on the 3rd floor without elevators, so it may be hard for older people to get up to the rooms;

We visited early morning to this place, was quite hot so wear a hat and very good walking shoes as it is most uneven ground.
Will take you at least 2 hours or so to explore the area.
Go to the toilet beforehand, no toilets until the end.
There is lots of cats ! Not ideal for someone who is allergic or anaphylaxis.
The ruins themselves is spectacular, the history is amazing and I truely recommend visiting this breathtaking area.
