“good hotel and central location”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

The location was central, the rooms were nice and clean, and most importantly for us was the free WI FI internet in the room.

The breakfast was just another lovely experience, it was delicious and tasty.

When we will come back to Istanbul, we will definitly stay in this hotel again.

considering the prices the hotel deserves 5 stars.. the staff is so friendly, welcomed us warmly. good service. we had a problem with our room (was too small for our huge luggage) and they showed us 2 other rooms until we finally settled for one!!! :D :D
Zafer, thank you for everything; for the room with a beautiful view to the city, yummy breakfast, free tea and for taking care of our unbearable luggage for a whole day :)
I am definitely coming back again.

thank you

Room Tip: higher floors and rooms without the view to the city have less noise, but if u don't plan on sta...

"Even for a three-star hotel, the street-facing room on the third floor assigned to us was pretty disappointing. Let me count the ways...The bathroom smelled distinctly of raw sewage; the room was noisy and shook detectably when the street tram went by (as it did a score of times a day and night) the room was sparely decorated to the point of drabness; the bed was uncomfortable. We terminated a planned four-day stay after one. On a positive note, the hotel manager was good about our leaving. He didn't argue with us, or give us a hassle about the cancelled nights. But nor did he defend the standard of his room."

Friendly staff welcomed us warmly and was always 24/7 supportive and helpful. Airport transport, booked through the hotel, was on time and equipped with name sheet, and almost turned into a sightseeing tour, instead of being a simple airport transfer. That's what makes late arrivals with family relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel is located right in the middle of the old city and you can walk almost everything from there. Breakfast buffet was good and offers everything from sweet to cheese.

We enjoyed our week in Istanbul and the stay in the hotel. A place which deserves a clear recommendation.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and just came back. It left us a great impression, as it was extremely close to most tourist attractions, and it was quite close to all the trams. There were also very many restaurants nearby. We tried some of them, and some were pretty decent. The breakfast was wonderful (buffet), however some dishes arrived a little late. The rooms were clean, and the beds were quite good. However, at night, we could hear all sorts of noises coming from outside, even though we were situated on the third floor, and that bothered us. However, I still recommend it to everybody.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south and west side are louder

I came here by airplane with my family. When we landed the hotel shuttle was already there, we didn't wait and the driver was great so we arrived as planned. Upon arriving we were welcomed by very hospitable staff, which offered us their traditional apple tea, After tea, the receptionist povided us with a map of istambul. He marked specific points of interest and suggested to go on very interesting tours of Bospherous.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, they provided us with towels, shower gells, hair dryer etc. Every morning the maids clean the room and make the beds. Breakfast is very varied, but try to come as early as you can in order to find a empty table.

The receptionist also gave us an Istambul kart (for use in local transport such as tram, bus and metro) so we didn't have to buy it. It the end we had to return them. The location of the hotel is very good. Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are just seven minutes of walking from the

I've good nothing but good to say about this hotel and the staff. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. :) :) :) Pozdrav iz Beograda <3

My family stayed at the hotel for three nights. Easily walked to major attractions - Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Spice Market, across the bridge to the Asia side, and to the boat docks for river cruise. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast included meat/cheese, many types of breads, a little fruits, fries, hot dogs. Seating area for breakfast is limited. Room is small but served our needs. Elevator holds three people.

Took a private shuttle from airport to hotel for 25 Euros arranged by the hotel. Leaving we took the Tram and one transfer to Metro which was easy to do.

Best exchange rates are at currency exchanges near the spice market which is a 5-10 minute walk.

Would stay at the hotel again. Good value, friendly staff, with a great location to walk to everything.
