What a find...on top of an average hotel. Awesome views, lovely staff and pretty good food. The menu is a relief after constant kebabs and kofte. We were surprised at the number of soufflés on the menu. Living in Turkey you rarely see one so I ordered the beef carpaccio which was great except for the soufflé. It was actually unnecessary but it was more of a fondue. We then decided to ask if the waiter thought it looked ok to gauge the soufflé credibility. Yes he said so we explained what a soufflé should be so it went back to the kitchen. The next attempt was 50 50, part soufflé and part fondue. We gav up then as the cheese was pretty strong. My main was the lamb shish on eggplant risotto and it was to die for. I came another time for tea and had the tahini parfait with pomegranate sorbet.....fantastic. This is a gem of a place....just avoid the cheese soufflé.
