We were 4 evenings in Istanbul and passed Masal by coincidence, the waiter was very friendly and explained all the different dishes and from wish region they come, not on a pushy way, but very friendly.
The fresh bread you get is the best we had from all restaurants.
Prices are reasonable and the 10% what is standing on the menu as extra for service was not on the bill, so presume they want that as a tip.
Restaurant is very close to the Blue Moskee and the street is pleasant to sit in, the evening we went it was full with Dutch people.
Really a good tip to go and eat there.
