This pitoresk place in the lower part of the alley behind the Hagia Sophia, just around the corner of the main street where the tram also passes. It is a quite place in the middle of the old city; perfect to hide away for the crowd. Just sit down, relax and chill for a bit, smoke narghile, drink tea or coffee, they serve some good quality Turkish snacks.
I liked the choice of music, the son of the owner waits this place and does that pretty well. I'm almost sure the people say there is a view on the Bosphorus or sea of Marmora have mistaken the place for another, because really, in this alley you won't have much of a view at all. Which doesn't mean there is nothing to see ;-) For one, I loved to watch the street cats chase each other up and down the alley.
